These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zeeni (“Zeeni,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Zeeni, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Zeeni helps you organize shared content into structured cards, keep private drafts, and publish or share according to the visibility options you choose. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts, handles, and verification
- You are responsible for activity under your Zeeni identity and for information you submit.
- Publisher phone verification uses a user-initiated SMS flow: you send a temporary verification message to Zeeni; Zeeni does not send you a verification code by SMS.
- You must only verify a phone number you control.
- We may suspend or limit access for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
SMS program terms (phone verification)
Zeeni SMS is used for user-initiated phone verification only. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.
How verification works
1. You enter the phone number you control. 2. Zeeni shows verification instructions and a temporary verification phrase. 3. Your device’s Messages app opens with a prefilled message addressed to Zeeni’s verification number. 4. You review and send that message. 5. Zeeni receives the message and uses it solely to confirm that you control that phone number.
Zeeni does not currently send marketing messages, recurring notifications, one-time passcodes (OTP codes), or other application-originated SMS to your phone as part of this verification flow. Completing verification does not enroll you in marketing SMS or other recurring SMS programs.
Disclosures
- Message and data rates may apply to the verification message you send.
- Supported carriers: Major US carriers are typically supported; delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or devices.
- Privacy: Mobile information and SMS-verification data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
- Providing a phone number for verification is not required to buy any goods or services.
- Questions about verification: use Zeeni at https://zeeni.world or the contact options shown in the product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or others’ rights
- Impersonate others or submit content you do not have rights to use
- Attempt to bypass Zeeni security, publish gates, or public sanitization
- Abuse messaging, verification, or automation in ways that harm Zeeni or others
- Use Zeeni to send spam or unlawful commercial messages
Content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Zeeni a license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the features you use (including private storage and public display when you publish or share).
Public and shared content may be accessed by others according to the visibility and sharing choices you make.
Disclaimers
Zeeni is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that SMS will always be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeeni and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Zeeni or SMS delivery failures.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
